Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the thoracic PHN patients (course more than 3 months) admitted to the pain Department of Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital (received thoracic nerve root pulse radio frequency modulation combined with ozonated Autohemotherapy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of cancer; 2.Other pain-causing disease; 3.Other invasive procedure within 3 monyths ; 4.Follow-up loss; 5.Insufficient medical records ; 6.Treated with additional anagesics after discharge.
