18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years (including 18 and 70 years) ; 2. Clinically diagnosed connective tissue disease with Interstitial lung disease disease (confirmed by HRCT) .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to pirfenidone capsules; 2. Patients whose symptoms of dyspnea have alleviated in the past six months; 3. Patients with emphysema, asthma, tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, bronchiectasis, or infection; 4. Diabetics with poor blood sugar control; 5. Combined with malignant tumor, severe liver, kidney or heart disease; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Patients with mental illness; 8. Participants in clinical trials of other drugs within 3 months.
