Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Closed calcaneal fracture; 2. Tolerant with anesthesia and surgery; 3. Willing to cooperate with surgery and regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, mandatory spondylitis, uncontrolled gout and other endocrine and rheumatic immune system diseases ; 2. Alcoholism and smoking ; 3. Uncontrolled diabetes, Especially in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy ; 4. Open calcaneal fractures ; 5. Systemic or local infection ; 6. Poor local soft tissue conditions after previous ankle surgery ; 7. Intolerance to surgery.
