Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 50 years; 2. Best corrected visual acuity <= 0.3; 3. Agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of ocular trauma; 2. Congenital cataract; 3. Subluxation of lens; 4. History of diabetes, high myopia, glaucoma, uveitis, ocular trauma, corneal transplantation and intraocular surgery.
