Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Open reduction and internal fixation with emergency or delayed total hip arthroplasty in our hospital due to acetabular fracture; 2. Aged >= 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Complicated with other sites and treated by surgery; 3. Refuse to participate in the study.
