Age

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Clinical diagnosis of AIS; 3. NIHSS score >=3 and =120 mmHg 5. Patients with time from onset to treatment <=24 hours 6. Did not receive endovascular treatment (EVT); 7. Pre-stroke mRS <=2; 8. Informed consent provided by participant or legally authorized representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hemodynamic instability, including low systolic blood pressure (SBP) and SBP<=100 mmHg despite standard treatment; 2. Severe anemia, HGB <=60g/L; 3. Allergy to GTN; 4. Glaucoma; 5. Participant in another ongoing clinical trial; 6. life expectancy of fewer than 1 year due to comorbidities.
