18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 50 years; 2. First visit to the Reproductive Health and Infertility Department of our hospital; 3. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome previously diagnosed or initially diagnosed. The diagnostic criteria are the 2018 International Evidence-Based Guidelines for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. 4. Willing to participate in this research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of surgery on either side of the ovary, endometriosis stage III, IV, combined with effusion of either side of the fallopian tube; 2. Combined with uncontrolled thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia; 3. Diagnosed as type I or type II diabetes, high blood pressure; 4. Chromosomal abnormalities (chromosome polymorphisms are not excluded).
