Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis following the Chinese Medical Association's "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis(2018)" and are planning to undergo knee replacement surgery; 2.Patients who have a good cognitive function and can cooperate to understand the contents of this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged more than 80 years; 2.Diseases that affect bone metabolism; 3.The patient has disturbances in consciousness, cognitive impairment, severe mental illness, or other diseases that affect limb function and cognition.
