Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mechanical ventilation (otracheal intubation or tracheotomy) were admitted to our department from January 2022 to December 2022; 2. Continuous use of ventilator assisted breathing, stable hemodynamics, no application of vasoactive drugs or small doses of vasoactive drugs (less than 5µg/ (kg.min) of dopamine); 3. Informed consent should be obtained from the subjects' family members, and informed consent should be signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction.
