65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. ASA I - III; 3. Preoperative MOCA score >= 26; 4. Patients undergoing noncardiac surgery under total intravenous anesthesia with endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious nervous and mental system diseases; 2. Renal dysfunction (serum creatinine > 177 µ) Or active liver disease; 3. Recent use of sedative hypnotics, analgesics and antidepressants; 4. History of drug and alcohol abuse; 5. Severe visual and auditory impairment, affecting communication; 6. Preoperative infection, recent use of glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressants; 7. Contraindications of combined use of cholinesterase inhibitors; 8. Patients could not understand and cooperate with MOCA before operation.
