Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 40 years, limb dysfunction; 2. There was no pressure sore on admission; 3. Patients with swallowing dysfunction or coma who can't eat autonomously and need nasal feeding should have gastric tube indwelling for at least 10 days; 4. Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) [8] <= 8; 5. NRS nutritional screening score < 3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with aspiration pneumonia or pulmonary infection at the time of admission; 2. Previous severe lung disease or tumor; 3. Patients with hemodynamic instability; 4. Pressure ulcer risk assessment >= 18 points.
