Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MCI group: 1.Presence of a cognitive complaint from either the subject and/or family member; 2.Decline in any area of cognitive functioning by cognitive tests; 3.Preserved overall general functioning but possibly with increasing difficulty in the performance of activities of daily living; 4.Absence of dementia. Healthy control group: 1.No Tai Chi practicing experience; 2.MMSE>21?. Tai Chi group: 1.Regular Tai Chi practicing experience>= 3years; 2.MMSE>21?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease, stroke multiple sclerosis, etc; 2.Recent fracture,trauma,surgery which affected the motor performance; 3.Emotional disorders such as depression; 4.Acute or chronic diseases that affect training or assessments; 5.Vertigo or vestibular diseases; 6.Obvious deformity of lower limbs or fracture ununion which affect the lower limb function.
