Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASD group: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of autism in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-V), and was diagnosed by two professional physicians with associate senior title or above; 2. Aged 2 to 6 years; 3. No other serious organic disease; 4. The parents of the patients were fully informed of the study content and voluntarily participated, and signed the written informed consent. Normal group: 1. Aged 2 to 6 years; 2. There was no abnormal development before and after birth, denied the history of neuropsychiatric system diseases and brain trauma that might affect the normal development of children, development quotient > 85 points ; 3. The parents of the subjects fully informed and voluntarily participated in the study, and signed the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of organic diseases of the nervous system: chronic epilepsy, encephalitis, meningitis, severe brain trauma, brain surgery; 2. Suffer from serious heart, liver, kidney, endocrine, blood and other systemic somatic diseases or other chronic somatic diseases; 3. Children with schizophrenia and other mental disorders.
