Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the recommendation of CRT in "2016 ESC guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic heart failure", the patients with chronic heart failure with CRT indications were selected; 2. Patients older than 18 years; 3. Patients who are willing to provide Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with life expectancy less than 1 years; 2. Patients with tricuspid mechanical valve; 3. Patients who have received or are waiting for a heart transplant; 4. Patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction; 5. Patients who have been enrolled in other clinical studies that may affect the purpose of this study.
