50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. ECOG score 0-1; 3. Prostate cancer confirmed by pathology; 4. Installed as follows: T1-3N0-1M0; 5. meet either of the following conditions :>=cT3,Gleason score>=8 , PSA>=cT3,Gleaso>=20 ng/ml; 6. PSA measuring time is 10 days before or after puncture biopsy; 7. Allow access to neoadjuvant endocrine therapy for up to six months; 8. Prostate volume =1.5 x 10^9/L, platelet >=100 x 10^9/L, hemoglobin >=90 g/L; The biochemical examination should meet the following criteria: liver function: total bilirubin <= 1.5 ULN, AST <=2.5 ULN; serum calcium concentration <= 12.0 mg/dL;Coagulation function: PT <=1.5 ULN; 10. The following diseases did not occur within 12 months: myocardial infarction, severe or unstable angina pectoris, asymptomatic heart failure, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accident or transient ischemic attack, inflammatory bowel disease, etc; 11. The subjects volunteered to join the study, signed informed consent, followed up with good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous pelvic surgery or pelvic radiotherapy; 2. Patients requiring anticoagulants or patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease.
