Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracic surgery who intend to insert a left double-lumen bronchial catheter for one-lung ventilation; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. BMI 30 ~ 39.9 kg/m^2; 5. Mallampati classification I-III; 6. Meet ethical requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Opening degree < 3cm; 2. Nail-chin distance <6.5cm; 3. Unable to ventilate with face mask; 4. Obvious neck movement disorder; 5. Full stomach; 6. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 7. Patients who participated in other studies within 30 days; 8. Other researchers think it is not suitable to participate in this research.
