Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of AIDS in China (2018 Edition), clearly diagnosed as HIV infected; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Receiving antiretroviral therapy in the inpatient or outpatient clinics of designated HIV/AIDS hospitals in the above selected study areas; 4. Informed consent and willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete the questionnaire due to serious comorbidities such as acute infection and heart or lung diseases; 2. The participants were diagnosed as being severe or terminal stage with HIV-related neurocognitive impairment and were unable to participate.
