Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonatal diagnosis and treatment center of Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University. Neonatal patients less than 28 days of age with blood stool as the main manifestation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital intestinal malformation (such as congenital intestinal atresia, megacolon, malrotation of the intestine, etc.); 2. A history of chronic intestinal disease; 3. Necrotizing enterocolitis; 4. Severe systemic infection or recent intestinal infection; 5. Anal fissure; 6. Those who have not completed the determination of succinic acid in feces; 7. Unwilling to participate in this study.
