Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing sedation fiberoptic bronchoscopy; 2.Aged >= 18 years; 3.ASA physical classification system status of I-III; 4.BMI<30kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative resting pulse oxygen saturation on room air< 90%; 2.Patients with obstructive apnea syndrome; 3.History of nasopharyngeal surgery; 4.Nasal malformation; 5.Nasal tissue hyperplasia; 6.Habitual epistaxis; 7.Coagulopathy; 8.Intolerant or with an allergy to the study drug; 9.Mouth opening is limited; 10.Pregnancy.
