Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Patients with stable angina or coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography; 3. Color Doppler echocardiography showed that the ventricular wall motion (diastolic or systolic) function was reduced; 4. The heart function classification of the New York Heart Association is II~III; 5. No known diseases of the musculoskeletal system, nervous system and respiratory system; 6. Those who have no cognitive dysfunction ; 7. Those who know and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poorly controlled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=110mmHg); 2. Severe pulmonary hypertension (mean pulmonary artery pressure>50mmHg); 3. Severe aortic regurgitation, aortic aneurysm and dissecting aneurysm); 4. Hemodynamically unstable valvular disease, congenital heart disease; 5. Patients with unstable angina, atrioventricular block, myocarditis, pericarditis, uncontrollable atrial or ventricular arrhythmia; 6. Patients with obvious tendency to systemic or local bleeding; 7. Arrhythmia accompanied by interference with the ECG gate control function of counterpulsation equipment 8. Patients with infection foci or phlebitis in the limbs, and venous thrombosis in the limbs; 9. Severe heart failure (New York Heart Association's heart function classification is ?); 10. A history of spine or lower limb surgery, as well as any musculoskeletal disease that may affect the completion of cardiac rehabilitation.
