7 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I-II; 2.Aged 7 to 18 years; 3.Elective thoracic surgery; 4.Signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Regional Block or epidural anesthesia contraindications (including but not limited to coagulation abnormalities, hemorrhagic diseases, infections, scoliosis and other anatomical abnormalities) ; 2. With drug allergies, obesity; 3. Long term use of opioids, anticoagulants or corticosteroid, cognitive impairment, mental illness, or psychiatric medications, complicated with other severe diseases (including but not limited to severe liver and kidney dysfunction, Cardiac Dysfunction) ; 4. Can't use the post-op pain pump.
