Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. ASA I-III; 3. Preoperative CT or pathological diagnosis of lung cancer, scheduled for thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative CT or pathologic results showing non-tumor diseases, such as inflammation, tuberculosis, caseous necrosis, etc; 2. Preoperative mental illness, or use of antipsychotics; 3. Serious cardiac, renal and liver diseases; 4. Unable to understand, read, or write; 5. Allergic to study medications; 6. Refusal to participate in the study.
