Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the Roman IV diagnostic criteria for chronic functional constipation; 2.These patients have poor response to traditional dietary regulation and drug therapy; 3.Aged 18 to 80 years, gender unlimited.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Abdominal surgery exclude drug metabolism disorder endocrine disorder caused by constipation; 2.Malignant neoplasms, especially gastrointestinal neoplasms, were present; 3.Combined with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney and other important organ function failure disease; 4.Combined with serious mental illness can not cooperate; 5.Pregnancy or lactation.
