Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who are diagnosed withcongenital hypertrophic pyloric stenosis before surgery and are planning to undergo laparoscopic pyloromyotomyE; 2. Aged less than 3 months; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-III; 4. Obtain the consent of the patient's family members before the operation, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organs, as well as patients with central nervous system disease, immune system disease, severe endocrine system disease; 2. Those who have received hormone drugs during the perioperative period; 3. Patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, and abnormal blood coagulation; 4. Those with a history of local anesthetics allergy; 5. Severe infection at the puncture site; 6. Those with spinal deformity or trauma; 7. Those who are unable to cooperate with the combination of mental, vision, hearing and language impairment; 8. Malignant high fever or family history.
