Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for severe acute pancreatitis in the 2012 Atlanta diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis; 2. Conformed to the diagnostic criteria of abdominal compartment syndrome in the 2012 European Society for Critical Care Diseases guidelines; 3. Color ultrasound was used to diagnose colonic dilatation (the diameter of the colon was > 6cm); 4. Aged 18 to 70 years; 5. Willing to comply with research procedures and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mechanical ileus; 2. Suspected or confirmed the rectal mucosal injury, such as severe proctitis, ischemic proctitis, mucosal ulcer; 3. Rectal surgery within the past 1 year; 4. Any injuries to the rectum or anus; 5. Obvious hemorrhoids or hemorrhoid symptoms; 6. Rectum or anal stenosis; 7. Suspected or confirmed rectal or anal tumor; 8. Mild or severe allergy to fecal incontinence management system.
