Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastroenteroscopy; 2. Consent to sedation or anaesthesia gastroscopy and signature of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a preoperative history of mental illness or inability to communicate; 2. A history of local anesthesia allergy, opioid and sedation abuse, alcohol abuse, a history of abnormal liver and kidney function, and mental illness.
