Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Normal blood lipid group: aged over 18 years old, able to sign the informed consent voluntarily, fasting blood lipid in the normal range, excluding the diagnosis of coronary heart disease; 2. Dyslipidemia group: aged over 18 years old, able to sign the informed consent voluntarily, according to the 2016 revised "guidelines for the prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia in Chinese adults", fasting serum total cholesterol (TC) >= 5.18 mmol/L and/or triglyceride (TG) >= 1.70 mmol/L, or high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) =< 1.04 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute infection; 2. Combined with liver and kidney function damage; 3. Suffered from acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, severe trauma or major operation within 6 months; 4. Other serious diseases must be treated (such as hematopathy, tumor, etc.); 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Unable to complete the questionnaire.
