Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis and femoral head necrosis with indications for unilateral initial artificial Total hip arthroplasty; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. BMI: 18.5-24kg/?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous surgery, trauma history, chronic infection of the hip joint on the same side; 2. Combined with diabetes, poorly controlled hypertension, severe heart and lung disease, digestive tract disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, rheumatic immune system disease or mental illness History; 3. Combined with decreased adrenal cortex function; 4. Allergy to dexamethasone; 5. History of alcohol or drug abuse.
