18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-25 years; 2. It was consistent with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for non-organic insomnia; 3. Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) total score > 7; 4. The empirical analysis was consistent with the questionnaire of insomnia syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are going to be pregnant or pregnant or lactating or need to sleep with their children; 2. According to the self-rating depression tool (PHQ-9), the patients were diagnosed with moderate and severe depression; 3. According to GAD-7, patients were diagnosed with moderate and severe anxiety; 4. Patients with severe diseases such as cardio-cerebrovascular, lung, liver, kidney, and endocrine system; 5. Patients with mental retardation, alcohol or substance abuse or dependence, suicidal tendency; 6. Patients who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs in the past 30 days; 7. Patients with other mental diseases.
