Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There is no restriction on gender, aged 18 to 60 years old; 2. There is a clear history of eating toadstools before the onset of the disease (the active ingredients of the toadstools are detected in the blood or urine, or according to the provided mushrooms or photos, the mushrooms are confirmed to be toadstools by morphology); 3. Digestive symptoms such as anorexia, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal distension after 6 hours of eating mushrooms, and abnormal liver function: serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) >= 5 ULN, or ALT >= 3 ULN and total bilirubin (TBil) >= 2 ULN; 4. Course of disease <= 3d; 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who meet any of the following criteria shall not be included in this study: 1. Hemodynamically unstable, or critically ill, and the expected survival time is less than 24 hours; 2. The degree of liver damage is severe, and the specialist has evaluated the indication for immediate use of artificial liver treatment, or renal failure has occurred at the time of treatment, and renal replacement therapy is required; 3. Past history of viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis, chronic liver disease, or liver surgery. 4. Acute infection, biliary obstruction, neoplastic disease, immunodeficiency disease, severe dysfunction of extrahepatic organs; 5. Past history of the embolic disease; 6. Past history of allergy to biological products; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Those who have participated in any research drug trial in the last 30 days; 9. Anyone who is addicted to alcohol or drug abuse or drug abuse within 1 year; 10. There are any other situations that the researcher thinks are not suitable for inclusion in this trial.
