Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient aged 18 years old or older, can understand the research procedure and sign the informed consent in writing; 2. The patient is clinically suspected DPLD diagnosis and present symptoms of cough, shortness of breath, dyspnea, with or without fever; 3. The imaging findings highly indicate DPLD: unilateral or bilateral lung fields show nodular, small patchy infiltration, line, grid, honeycomb, miliary, or ground glass shadow; 4. After the laboratory examination, radiology examination, and routine bronchoscopy, a definite diagnosis still cannot be made on MDT discussion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has severe cardiovascular disease or poorly controlled hypertension; 2. The patient has refractory severe respiratory failure; 3. The patient has bleeding and coagulation dysfunction, resulting in hemostasis difficulty; 4. Preoperative radiology examination indicates that the lung lesions are adjacent to the middle or large vessels, and there is a great risk of bleeding; 5. The patient cannot intolerant or has difficulty in cooperating with bronchoscopy exam; 6. The routine bronchoscopy exam shows abnormalities that make biopsy impossible; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Other conditions that may increase the risk of surgery.
