18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For newly diagnosed hypertensive patients, the average systolic blood pressure >= 140 mmHg during 3 consecutive follow-ups; 2. Hypertension patients undergoing antihypertensive therapy; 3. Long-term living in Inner Mongolia, aged 18 to 80 years old; 4. Signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. SBP >= 190 mmHg for systolic blood pressure, or =3 ULN; dialysis patients or estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR]2.5 mg/dl [>221 mol/ L]); 7. History of malignant tumor; 8. Those with cognitive dysfunction or those unable to take care of themselves; 9. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
