Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Patients scheduled for painless colonoscopy were eligible to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to general anesthetics; 2. With difficult airway; 3. Operation time > 30 min; 4. With cognitive dysfunction; 5. With bradycardia (heart rate upon entering the operating room < 50 bpm); 6. Pregnant women.
