Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. body mass index (BMI: 18.5-23.9); 2. Aged from 18 to 65 years; 3. Physical examination items are normal, and there are no positive signs in clinical physical examination; 4. Voluntary participation in this study and signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic or heart, liver, kidney, digestive tract, respiratory, blood, nerve, musculoskeletal system or other diseases.
