Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 60 years; 2. At least one serious ankle sprain, persistent ankle instability or softness, pain and swelling; 3. Ankle joint anterior drawer test and varus stress test are positive; 4. MRI showed obvious signs of separation of the lower tibia and fibula; 5. Undergo surgical treatment, and explore the tibiofibular space >= 4mm under arthroscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with ankle fracture or severe damage to other ligaments; 2. Suffering from neuromuscular diseases; 3. Suffering from chronic specific synovitis (rheumatoid, pigmented villous nodular synovitis, etc.); 4. Combined with serious medical diseases.
