Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Prospectively enrolled patients: patients with acute cerebral infarction who were continuously admitted through our hospital's green channel; 2. Retrospectively enrolled patients: patients with acute cerebral infarction who were continuously admitted through our hospital's green channel before the project was approved.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who could not provide the signed consent form.
