Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants or full-term newborns with gestational age >= 28 weeks and birth weight > 1500g; 2.Apgar score >= 8 1min after birth, no history of birth asphyxia; 3.More than 24 hours old; 4.Feeding behavior 1-3 hours before bath; 5.No analgesic and sedative treatment was received before operation; 6.Parents fully understand and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Newborns who are in critical condition and cannot bathe or affect their scores; 2.Unexplained crying before bathing.
