18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Office workers aged 18 to 65 years; 2.The duration of neck and shoulder pain is more than 3 months; 3.Have fixed contact information and can accept longer treatment and later follow-up; 4.No cognitive impairment and volunteer to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Headache or dizziness caused by definite pathological factors, such us cerebrovascular diseases involving vertebral arteries, secondary headache caused by intracranial vascular malformation, hydrocephalus, cerebral hemorrhage or cerebrovascular defect (such as cerebral angioma); 2.Radiographically confirmed cervical fractures, tumors, tuberculosis, and severe disc herniation pressing on the spinal cord; 3.There are obvious signs of nerve damage, such as loss of sensation and weakened muscle strength; 4.Recurrent vertigo or dizziness; 5.Patients who cannot tolerate Occiflex treatment or do not comply with the test.
