Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Signed the informed consent; 2.Aged >=40 years; 3.Level 4 general abdominal surgery; 4.No pulmonary therapy was performed within 8 weeks prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Complicated with some pulmonary diseases, such as bronchial asthma, multiple pulmonary bullae in both lungs, history of repeated pneumothorax, and history of pulmonary surgery; 3.Neuromuscular diseases, such as periodic paralysis, progressive muscular dystrophy, myotonic dystrophy, and ataxia; 4.Patients with poor compliance, such as mental disorder or cognitive dysfunction, poor cooperation, or refusal to accept all the procedures in this study.
