Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patients all met the CRF diagnostic criteria of "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines-Nephrology Section" (6), and the glomerular filtration rate was less than 15ml/(min·1.73m^2); 2.The patients were in stable condition and had no contraindications for peritoneal dialysis; 3.The patients' PD time were >=3 months; 4.The patients were aged >=18 years old; 5.The patients or their family members voluntarily signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient had a mental disorder; 2.The patient had communication difficulties and cannot use WeChat, QQ and other software; 3.The patient had a severe heart or lung infection; 4.The patient's treatment was interrupted or transferred to other kidney instead of treatment.
