Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Admission within 48h of the onset of stroke symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged < 18 years; 2.Prior to admission, there was a definite pulmonary or other organ infection; 3.Cancer, hematologic disease or use of immunosuppressant; 4.Severe trauma and surgery; 5.Severe hepatic and renal disease; 6.Incomplete clinical data.
