Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Neovascularization of fundus oculi (diabetic retinopathy;Age-related macular degeneration;Choroidal neovascularization;Patients with retinal vein occlusion secondary neovascularization, etc.) as the case group, and patients with idiopathic macular hole, idiopathic anterior macular membrane, and age-related cataract as the control group, with stable vital signs, and able to complete various treatments and follow-up. 1.Patients who have signed informed consent and are willing to complete treatment and examination; 2.Aged 18 or older, regardless of gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Active periocular or ocular inflammation (e.g. blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, scleritis, uveitis, endophthalmitis).
