18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Breast cancer patients undergoing surgery; 2.ASA classification I~II; 3.Aged 18~60 years; 4.The weight of 50~75kg; 5.Patients with education level not lower than primary school.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of mental illness, abnormal cognitive function, and history of psychotropic drug use; 2.Severe diseases of the central nervous system; 3.Serious cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, diabetes, liver disease; 4.A long history of heavy drinking and smoking; 5.Patients with chronic pain and long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs.
