18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with PSE; 2.Aged 18 to 75 years; 3.In conscious and stable condition; 4.No psychiatric medications have been taken in 1 month; 5.Informed consent is signed by the patient or his/her immediate family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Being pregnant or lactating; 2.A personal or family history of epilepsy; 3.Traumatic brain injury, an intracranial tumor, or central nervous system infection; 4.Metabolic diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, poisoning, alcoholism, cortical dysplasia, or other condition that may cause seizures; 5.Uncontrollable epilepsy during the follow-up period that required switching to other antiepileptic drugs or surgical treatment.
