Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients should be given elected laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer surgery under general anesthesia combined with QLB(except for laparoscopic Miles surgery), with no limitation of gender; 2.Aged 18 to 70 years; 3.ASA class I-II ; 4.BMI 18.5-28 kg/m^2; 5.Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes mellitus; 2.Contraindications to peripheral nerve block: including local skin infection, bleeding diathesis and coagulopathy; 3.Allergy to the studied drugs (e.g., ropivacaine, dexmedetomidine, dexamethasone, etc.); 4.Baseline heart rate < 60 bpm, baseline systolic blood pressure < 100 mmHg or combined with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or hepatic or renal insufficiency; 5.History of combined psychiatric disorders or language communication disorders that prevent cooperation in completing follow-up; 6.History of chronic pain, long-term oral painkillers, alcohol abuse; 7.History of previous colorectal cancer surgery; 8.History of chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the last 8 weeks before surgery; 9.Pregnancy or lactation.
