Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients underwent elective ENT surgery inducted with single lumen endotracheal tube under intravenous anesthesia were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Underwent inhalational induction, large dose opioid-benzodiazepine induction, received local nerve blockade anesthesia before induction, had failed intubation or difficult airway.
