Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Chinese citizens and can listen, speak, read, and write Chinese; 2.Aged 18 years or older; 3.Seeking abortion for non-medical reasons; 4.Less than 14 weeks of gestation; 5.Certain about their abortion decision and the decision is voluntary; 6.Have a smartphone and use wechat.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have miscarried/incomplete miscarriage and come to the clinic for review or follow-up treatment; 2.Currently receiving psychological treatment; 3.Have a severe cognitive or mental disorder or other medical condition that is not suitable for participation in the study.
