Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: AECOPD patients admitted for treatment and signed informed consent (refer to GOLD 2020 standards, COPD is defined as: dyspnea, chronic cough or sputum expectoration, history of exposure to risk factors, FEV1/FVC<0.70 after inhalation of bronchodilators; AECOPD is defined as COPD patients with worsening acute respiratory symptoms and requiring additional treatment).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe illness or other comorbidities that may affect the results of the study; 2. Patients requiring invasive mechanical ventilation; combined with neuromuscular disease, asthma-COPD overlap syndrome, OSA-COPD overlap syndrome, severe cardiovascular disease, pulmonary embolism, severe pneumonia, lung cancer, severe interstitial pneumonia , Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
