Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke; 2. First onset or previous history of cerebral infarction but the modified Rankin Scale (MRS) score has been restored to 0-1 points; 3. Have clear neurological locational signs, with a National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score of 6-25; 4. Aged 18 years or above; 5. Agree to join the study and sign the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhagic diseases observed by head CT: hemorrhagic stroke, epidural hematoma, intracranial hematoma, Intraventricular hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc.; 2. Severe disturbance of consciousness; 3. Bradycardia and sinus syndrome (heart rate 1ULN); 5. Severe bleeding tendency (INR value higher than normal range); 6. Creatinine clearance rate <30ml /min; 7. To celery, research drugs and excipients, control drugs allergy history can not be tolerated; 8. Participated in or is participating in other clinical studies within 3 months prior to the date of informed consent.
