Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients after open heart surgery, including ventricular septal defect repair, atrial septal defect repair, valve replacement, coronary artery bypass graft, and other patients who need to undergo surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Patients who voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing surgery for aortic dissection; 2. Hearing impaired, visually impaired or mentally impaired; 3. Patients who are not awake after anesthesia within 4 hours; 4. Patients with extremely unstable circulation after operation; 5. Patients with malignant arrhythmia; 6. Mutilated limbs; 7. Patients participating in other experiments.
